I would like to say what a pleasure it has been having you as my life coach. Over the past year you have become my sounding-board, & mentor. You’ve helped me grow in ways that I have only ever dared dream of & I really do appreciate it.

This time last year I was working full time at a supermarket. Working long hours and juggling home-life, money and volunteering for everything that came up. I had a real problem saying ‘No’.

Within three months of coming to you I had started my own domestic cleaning business. I worked three mornings a week, and finished at 4pm every day. Within two months I was earning more than I had been in my full time job! You then gave me the skills to prioritise and to look at what I really wanted. I gradually stepped down from all the committees I was on and began spending more time with my family. I can honestly say that had anyone told me I would be in the enviable position of a balanced home and work life within six months I’d have laughed.

I’m now looking forward to moving shortly, and starting a new business venture. This time there is no fear, just a great excitement at all I have achieved so far, and will continue to do. I finally feel I have really done something with my life, things I can be proud of.

 “For 10 years I was struggling with an ongoing decision about my life in general and particularly about whether to move location. My mind went round and round in circles trying to work it out into some logical coherence. The more I thought about it, the more confused I became. I could see two sides to the dilemma, the advantages and the disadvantages. I was also scared. There were other issues and concerns I was putting aside and not dealing with, as I couldn’t work out what to do. Everything seemed to hinge on one major decision.
