Jim Pirrie

Before founding his own coaching and training company in 2001, Jim spent 20 years leading new product development, marketing, business strategy and business development teams in engineering and service businesses, including Thorn-EMI, Cable & Wireless & NTL. He has thorough, practical understanding of how important interpersonal communication is in organisational life.

Jim has an MBA from Cranfield and lectured at Portsmouth University. He is an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified NLP Coach & Trainer and member of the International Coaching Federation.

Peter King

Peter's experience and knowledge comes from over 20 years of individual and corporate training, coaching and consulting. He is an NLP Master Practitioner, as well as having studied psychology and philosophy.
