About Sandra Swan

Sandra had fourteen busy years in different managerial roles, moving upwards within the Telecommunications and IT industry. She also spent five years in the public sector as well as a year working for a charity.

Sandra’s warmth and sense of humour puts people swiftly at their ease and as an experienced people manager and professional interviewer, her move into coaching was a natural progression.

Since 2001 she has successfully worked with numerous individuals to change their view of themselves, improve their career prospects, and make huge shifts in their personal and professional lives. An accredited Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Now What? approved facilitator, Sandra works equally well on a one to one basis or with groups. She additionally offers the facility of telephone coaching if face to face meetings are impractical because of location.

She is a proud founder member of the UK College of Life Coaching, a member of The International Coaching Federation, The Global Coherence Initiative and and the British Psychological Society. Sandra’s also an active business networker within the Women In Business group.

She’s a passionate believer that in order to experience life fully and reach potential, individuals need to feel valued and validated. She lives her belief in the nurturing and upbringing of her young family – Sandra and her husband have two young children.
