Sandra has 14 years experience as a manager in the Telecommunications & IT Industry, 5 years in the public sector & a year working for a charity. Sandra also coaches private individuals over the telephone or face to face depending on location.
She is an experienced people manager and professional interviewer and has developed her coaching skills to support numerous individuals to improve their career prospects, and make huge shifts in their personal and professional lives. An accredited Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, she enjoys a steady stream of corporate and private coaching clients based on personal referral. Sandra is a founder member of the UK College of Life Coaching, member of the Life Coaching Academy, Coaches For Business, and the British Psychological Society. Sandra is also an active member of the Women In Business Network.
Her passion for people development is fuelled by the desire to empower individuals to make a difference. Her belief is that in order for us to experience life fully, we need to feel and be valued.
